With thirty years of commitment to associations, notably ATD Fourth-World in the Rhone-Alps region of France, Sylvaine Maurel strives to act—in the field and in her family, professional and association life—to forge new solidarity links and combat poverty by reducing reflex actions that lead to exclusion. She currently works at the Regional Technical Centre for Consumption, especially on a "food and insecurity" mission.

After holding several general management positions within the Adecco group Philippe Marcel concentrates today on his own venture-capital company that has interests in a score of startups. He was behind the creation in 2002 of the Adecco Foundation whose aim is to help young people acquire key success skills for their future working life.

For more than thirty years Michel Riera headed the Ideal company, an SME based in Vaulx-en-Velin [nr. Lyon] specializing in textile dyeing products. A keen amateur of art and culture, Michel Riera has been closely involved in many initiatives and cultural institutions for which he was awarded a patronage Oscar in 2002 awarded by Admical. He joined Trajectis—a consulting, quality, management and human resources firm—in 2005.

Having learnt about the business in his father's firm, François Wagmann set up his own distribution organization for cosmetic ingredients and then found himself at the helm of Gattefossé’s French subsidiary for 13 years. He fell in love with cosmetology and developed new, innovative cosmetics products and new communication initiatives.
